Send us a query letter telling us about yourself and your previous publishing experience, and include the first ten pages of your manuscript in the body of the email. If we like what we see, we will request the full manuscript.

Submissions for GORE 6 are officially open!
The theme for our next Halloween Anthology will be Urban Legends. Send us your best fiction surrounding urban legends from around the world. Everything from Bloody Mary to the Jersey Devil is welcome. Tell a story about a legend that's local to your neck of the woods, or from halfway around the world. Be sure to include plenty of scares and gore. And a little Halloween if you're feeling inspired.

Short Stories:
As always, we'd like the stories to be a minimum of 3,000 words. Although there's no max, please avoid sending novellas. Submissions will close 7/1/2025, so there's plenty of time to get those stories in. Good luck!

Artwork:
Please submit only original, black & white artwork. Pencils, inks, charcoal, digital art, photography, and Photoshop are all acceptable. No AI. Horror theme is preferred.
